PCNA antibodies

PCNA (Proliferating Cell Nuclear Factor) is a key marker involved at G1 and S phases of mitosis of eukaryotic cells. The homotrimer functions as a DNA clamp during replication of the leading strand and acts as a scaffold to assist the processivity of DNA synthesis during the replications phase. PCNA works as a cofactor of DNA polymerase delta during this process.

PCNA antibodies which are available in our Antibody Validation Project include: STJ94982 and STJ98857 rabbit polyclonal PCNA antibodies, and STJ94982 mouse monoclonal PCNA antibody.
